Welcome to Week 5, mama! This is often the week many of us see those two pink lines. 💕 Tiny things are happening that you can't see yet — but oh, they're mighty.
🍎 Baby's size: A tiny sesame seed (about 2mm!) — small but already growing fast.
👶 What's happening this week:
Your little one's heart is beginning to form and may even start to beat. The neural tube (baby's brain & spinal cord) is developing, and the placenta is getting to work to nourish your baby.
🤍 What you might be feeling:
Tender breasts, fatigue, a little nausea, or maybe... nothing at all! Every pregnancy is different, and all of it is normal.
💡 Tip of the week:
If you haven't already, start your prenatal vitamin with folic acid and book that first appointment. Sip water, rest when you can, and snack on something gentle if nausea hits.
